Remember that when it comes to eating it’s a choice. You always choose each bite to put into your mouth. So that sounds simple, just eat things that enhance your weight loss journey. Well, if it were simple, everyone would be thin. In fact, one of the signs of a fad diet is that they say it’s simple and easy. Granted there are some diets that are easier than others but they all require some degree of sacrifice and commitment. If your goal is to lose one pound per month, than your diet will be easier, but if you need to lose 10 pounds a month, it will be more difficult, no matter what it is you eat. If you go on the 5 bite diet, you can eat a firehouse sub for lunch as long as you only eat 5 bites…I can take some pretty big bites. Maybe you could go on the tapeworm diet and let a tapeworm keep you cleaned out,or a cotton ball diet which will keep you from getting hungry. They might kill you but it;s crazy what some people will do to make dieting supposedly easy. Diets are not easy on the body, but weight loss has its price–or should I say getting fat has its price.
