What is your level of diet commitment? Is it low on a scale of one to 10, maybe a 1 or 2? Or is it high such as 8 or 9? How much you commit to your weight loss is how much the chances are you will succeed at it. There are many reasons to commit to something such as weight loss. Some reasons are standard such as health, looks, participating in activities you like, and others. Some are more personal, such as getting married, going to a reunion, visiting friends and relatives on a vacation. You have to have reason to commit to a diet. Without a strong commitment which will carry you through the emotional ups and downs of a diet, you will just end up like 90% of all dieters—in failure. When the Whopper calls, how committed are you to resist?
