This is the last weigh-in of the first half of this year—i.e. the last Saturday of June. Six months are already gone so half the year is behind us. The weight stuff we have gone through so far this year is behind us. Now we look at the next six months of the year.
The scale tells no lies. It’s an accurate record of your progress. I read a message board where several people said they like to weigh every day. It keeps them more on track and they have a quicker response to problems. Which means they can look at their eating plan and figure out what’s slowing them down or if all is well they can keep doing what they have always done?
The first part of this year has been a bumpy ride for me. I’ve had two long car trips. That means eating out a lot. It also means eating stuff that’s not always on plan. Or should my plan include knowing I will be on a trip?
I’m heading out in two weeks for another trip. Now is the time to make the right decisions about what I should or should not eat. Everything is a choice. Make the right choices if you want success.
