If no diet is 100% sustainable, then what are we to do? Find a diet that that meets the most of your needs. We will look at the health part of the diet in a couple of days which certainly is an important aspect of what diet to pick.
There are dieters that know dieting isn’t 100% sustainable. There are diets that allow cheating from one meal to one day. The 10 Hour Coffee Diet for example says, “Follow this plan for six days a week and on the seventh day you can eat whatever you want.”
The 90/10 Diet says “The “90” in her title stands for “90 percent sensible choice” and the “10” for “10 percent fun food choices,” which allows for some flexibility and indulgence.
The Cheater’s Diet has you dieting all week and cheating on the weekends with some restrictions.
The 17 Day Diet changes the food choices every 17 days as the author believes that’s as long as you will stay on a diet.
The best diet is the diet you can stay on. I might not like it but you might. That’s why there are so many diets.
