We are heading home today. It’s been a little over two weeks. So glad to be getting back home. We haven’t always been taking the easy way to weight loss. Trips are often a setback. Many take the easy way. Notice in the picture how many people are walking up the stairs and how many are riding. And it’s not that they are carrying anything. People as a whole always take the easy way. I saw another photo of escalators going up to a fitness center. That’s the epitome of taking the easy way. Now I don’t believe we should always look for the hard way through life. Some of our greatest inventions are because someone wanted to find an easier way of doing something. When it comes to weight loss diets, I’m for finding an easier way. We don’t need complicated diets. Easy is good. If you love to cook, then more complicated recipes might be your thing. Preparation, budget, healthy all wrapped up in easy is just going to promote your weight loss journey. When it comes to exercise, don’t take the easy way out. Walk from the back of the parking lot if it isn’t raining. Walk up the stairs. Walk as much as you can. The more you do it, the easier it will become. In fact, it will just become second nature. Burn those calories and it will make your weight loss easier.
