If you do a search on metabolism boosters, you will find over a half a million ways to boost your metabolism. The whole idea of revving up your metabolism is the basis to the diet industry. They believe that a “faster” metabolism will burn fat faster. So there are diet boosters that supposedly rev up your fat burning processes. Most are some form of caffeine enhancers. Upping the levels of caffeine might help start your morning, but excessive caffeine is dangerous. For me personally, excessive caffeine causes my heart to beat irregularly. Actually it starts taking extra beats as if I am starting to run or something. God designed the body to function properly. When you mess with the design, you will have problems. Boosters, supplements, drinks etc., are messing with the design. Be careful what you take to supplement your metabolism.
