If you read any of my blogs, you will notice they are short one-paragraph thoughts on dieting and health. There are plenty of long articles with in-depth discussion about everything you can think of. I just give my opinion on dieting and health. When something triggers a response in my mind, I write it down and it becomes Jack’s thoughts for you to examine. Since they are short I can usually only get one idea down and just give my views on the idea. I might be right and I might be wrong; after all, it’s from my perspective. So that’s why you shouldn’t do anything health wise that is mentioned unless you check it out with your doctor. It’s just entertainment information. Sometimes I might give you direction from the Bible, and that I stand behind. If you have looked at the diet and health industry, you will quickly find that there are opinions on both side of any topic and they all think they are right—we all think we are right. So either quit reading about diet and health or ponder the information and choose what you think is right. That’s my opinion.
