No amount of wishing is going to make you thin. Whether you wish upon a star or cast a penny into a well, it just isn’t going to happen. You can’t wish fat to disappear. To wish means to “feel or express a strong desire or hope for something that is not easily attainable; want something that cannot or probably will not happen.” When it comes to dieting, I can tell you for certain it isn’t going to happen. Wishing tells me you really don’t want to be thin, that you are settling for just wishing. Weight loss takes much more than wishing and wanting. It takes a personal effort. You can’t wish yourself thin,. You have to work yourself thin.
You need a vision of yourself thin, so set you goals for thin, and then do what it takes to get to your goal. There are no shortcuts to weight loss. You can’t do two steps of a ten step goal. There is no wishing in weight loss. There’s dreaming and making those dreams come true is through hard work. I guess you could say you can wish for thin, but you have to make those wishes come true through getting on a weight loss diet and sticking to it until you see thin.
