“…be strong and do not give up, for your work will be rewarded” (2 Chronicles 15:7). When you don’t give up on your diet, it will reward you for all your hard work. Dieting to goal takes time. We can’t do it like is done with Biggest Loser or Ultimate Weight Loss. We might be able to get 1 to 2 pounds off per week. That’s 50 to 25 weeks if we want to lose 50 pounds. That’s only a year if we don’t give up. Or maybe 6 months if we stick to the plan. I hope you are like me and tired of dragging around those extra pounds. Stick to the plan and the reward will be better health and better looks. The reward will also mean that you accomplished what 90% of dieters don’t. You reached your goal and stuck to it. Five years from now you wouldn’t be wishing you had stuck to a diet. Or like I’ve been wanting to reach my goal but missing the mark. But like Charlene and me are doing now–be strong, never give up, and receive the reward of successful weight loss and maintain it for now on. Never give in and never give up.
