That opens the next can of worms, and I don’t mean for you to eat worms. We have to get that figure of 2 pounds a week firmly settled in our thinking. Most of us would like to lose two pounds a day so we can get this dieting thing over. I’m sorry to tell you, but this dieting thing is never going to end. Tough words to leave you pondering over.
