How does one “rest” when doing a diet? Jesus said He would give us rest. So how does one rest in dieting? Our third thought is to include a spiritual rest in your dieting journey. Don’t make you diet a huge thing to think about. The diet is just the eating plan. It’s set, so now concentrate on renewing your mind from the problems and obstacles of dieting and put them on the Word that says you can do all things through Christ. His grace is sufficient. All things are possible. Begin to see yourself walking in all the promises of God. Work out your daily life according to His promises which are all ‘yes’ meaning you can have them. Don’t worry about the diet. Just believe that you are more than a conqueror and you will succeed.
