My daughter would say the five foods are GMO’s, dairy, soy, non-organic, and non-gluten free which means wheat. Though these are food groups, there is much to be said about each of these. I’m not there yet and probably won’t reach her passion about these forbidden foods. If you look at the lists of five foods you will see things like fried foods including donuts and French fries, cream-based salad dressings, ketchup, soy sauce, white bread, processed foods, etc. Here are eight from a list. Fruit Juice, Soy Protein, Farmed Fish, Conventional Meat, Margarine, Vegetable Oils, Table Salt, and Artificial Sweeteners. I also saw a list of 50 foods to never eat. If you put all of the foods together in a list, you might wonder what’s left. There wouldn’t be vegetables and fruit on the list, unless you are an organic person and you can get most of the foods organic if you can afford them. Meat is another whole problem for the purist—such as vegans and the like. You can be whatever you want to be. I eat what I want to eat as long as it is on my plan. There are more choices out there than there are people to choose them. Just put a little gravy on it.
