How does one “rest” when doing a diet? Jesus said He would give us rest. So how does one rest in dieting? Following our previous thoughts, secondly, once you have a diet plan which is healthy, easy to prepare, and fits the budget, then just do it. You don’t have to think about that much. If you have enough to eat, and a balanced diet plan, then you don’t crave. Let your body know that is how it is. Enjoy what you get to eat. Have several meals that fit the plan and then rotate them. It makes shopping easy and will help maintain a budget. Then each day just eat what you can and don’t over think the diet. Let you mind dwell on other things since you have your diet set. Just rest from the concern about the diet.
