Excuse – I’m too busy. This kind of goes with our blog “I don’t have enough time.” Everyone has the same amount of time each day. Everyone fills their days with something. I know if you have kids, that they can take up a great deal of time. If you have kids and also work, your time will be limited. But again we aren’t talking about being too busy to eat. You have to eat. A weight loss diet is about what you eat. It takes no additional time to eat right than to eat wrong. Driving through a fast food place is convenient, but still takes time. Learn to make easy-to-fix meals. Carry snacks with you. Use a planner and pencil in your workouts. Find quick ways to make breakfast meals that fit your diet plan. Make big batches on the weekends. Use the crock-pot. Get your family to help. You might be crazy busy, but so are many others that still manage their weight loss journey. Dr. Oz, for example, must have an extremely busy schedule, but he still eats right and gets in some exercise. You usually make time for things that are most important. Your health and weight are important. Don’t excuse it to being too busy.
