Excuse – I can’t afford a gym membership. The average cost of a gym membership is about $40 to $50 per month. Often that is after a membership fee and signing a two-year contract. That is too much for me and since many memberships go unused after the first two months, it’s a big waste. Some gyms such as Planet Fitness charge $10 a month with no contract. That’s more reasonable. That is affordable by most people’s standards. If that is too much, then there are many ways to exercise without a monthly cost.
We walk nearby our home every day we can. It only costs the gasoline it takes to drive there. We also have walking DVD’s we can do at home and costs only the initial cost for the DVD. You can also have a home gym. Buy some weights, some light to start and as you progress then buy heavier ones. Once you pay the initial cost, you have them for life. You can even walk around your neighborhood at no cost. You may be a person who hates exercise, and cost is just an excuse.
There are plenty of ways to get in some exercise without it breaking the budget.
