Excuse – Exercise makes me tired. A good workout should make you feel like you can take on the world. A hard workout may make you want to rest a bit after. A really hard work out or long hike may make you feel exhausted, but you should quickly recover. All this depends on what shape you’re in. If you are just starting out, you might overdo it and deplete the body of all energy leaving you tired and maybe needing to take a short nap. Always start slowly. Don’t overdo it the first day at the gym or take a walk too long for your level of fitness.
It takes time to build up endurance and lung capacity. It’s all about oxygen and getting it to the cells. If you run out of breath, you can’t perform and you tire. If you are just starting to run for example, you don’t start with a marathon. Start small. There are Apps that help you train for things like a marathon or a half marathon. Drink plenty of water and stay hydrated. Eat some protein snacks as needed. When we hike, we take protein bars to help fuel the walk.
If you are just generally tired, your diet may be wrong and missing important energy producing nutrients. Check it out.
