Don’t waste your time trying to diet. That would be my counsel for most overweight people. Since 90% fail, then why start. To be one of the 10% that loses weight and keeps it off, you must have a good reason to lose weight. I mean so good that it will carry you through the really tough times and there will be tough times. These 90% fail because it is hard. There are always diet books on the best seller list because everyone is trying to find an easy way to diet. Since no one finds it easy, we wait until the next book hits the list. Since it is obvious willpower isn’t good enough, what can we do to success at weight loss? We need something more than a reason, we need help.
