If you have read this blog at all, it seems like all we speak about it dieting. Well, this blog is mostly about dieting, so expect to hear about dieting. That doesn’t mean that all you should have on your mind is dieting. In fact, once the ball of dieting is rolling, you should just coast along with it. You are on a weight loss journey. Your diet is your eating plan. Plan it and eat it. Don’t fuss over it. Don’t make diet a four letter word—although it is. Don’t see yourself as a dieter. That has negative connotations. See yourself on your particular eating plan eating your recommended foods and enjoying life. Watch your weight decease and enjoy the journey. It’s hard to think of dieting in the same sentence as fun. Your diet should be enjoyable if it isn’t fun. Maybe fun needs redefining. Fun isn’t eating pizza and drinking Cokes. Fun is eating a healthy piece of chicken with delicious veggies. It’s all a matter of perspective. Now getting that into our heads might be a challenge but it certainly is in the realm of possibility.
