This quote was from step one and says you have to commit to making a change. We’ve talked about this before. Change must happen before anything happens. There is a fork in the road. Don’t stop and pick it up and eat. Take the path to weight loss. Take the right path or you will be left. Left is never good. Someone defined insanity as doing the same thing and expecting different results. You can’t keep eating more than your body needs and expect to lose weight. Hopefully we can get past step 1 for good.
