Have you been on a diet and you really don’t like the foods they are recommending? That makes dieting rather hard and it makes life less enjoyable. Love what you eat. There’s no point starting a diet with thinking of eating foods you don’t enjoy just because they’ll make you skinny. For me it’s fish. Most diets stress eating fish because it’s a lower calorie protein. But I dislike fish. I will eat Albacore tuna in water and maybe some tilapia, but other than that I really can’t stand to eat fish. So, a seafood diet is out for me. If you don’t like what’s on your diet, that is, you can’t stand the taste, then move on to another diet. Now I know that some people have a hard time with vegetables. I don’t like eggplant and most greens although I like spinach. So when I get a list of foods I can eat on a diet, I immediately cross off the ones I don’t like. Being on a diet doesn’t mean that you should eat foods that you normally hate. You should discover new and healthier foods that can help you shed some pounds.
