I think how you think about yourself has a lot to do with if you are overweight or not. If you fill your mind with negative thoughts about yourself, you will end up with negative circumstances including weight gain. The only person you can really lose weight for is you. If you don’t like you, then you are not going to have an easy go of weight loss.
You deserve to be all God created you to be and the size you are supposed to be. When you look into the mirror you should see someone who is worth the effort. You should see someone who is highly favored, loved, and special. You have to renew the thinking that got you fat to thinking that will get you thin. When you reach your goal, you will see that the effort was worth it to the real you. Negative thoughts are just not going to cut it when it comes to weight loss diets. You need all the help you can get, and that help must begin with you. Help yourself and lose weight by clearing up those negative thoughts. You will thank yourself tomorrow.
