Is your diet ruining your health? It might be if you are stressed out about what you should eat or not eat. I figure you have seen the data on dieting. If you do a Google search on “dieting” you’ll get over 35 million hits. If you don’t know whether to be low-carb, low-fat, sugar-free, egg-free, meat-free and so forth, you will have diet chaos. If you have read even a few of those 35 million you will quickly find extreme disagreement on what you should or shouldn’t eat.
You have to take into account your health factors, diet restrictions, exercise restrictions, and food preferences. You also need to decide why you need to diet at all. If the reason for your diet is not clear and you aren’t totally committed to it, then you will fail—you and 95% of the rest of the dieters.
