Overweight or obese people must come to grips with the problems causing them weight gain. If they don’t, they may get some of the weight off, but they will revert back to their old habits and regain that weight and probably more. Un-forgiveness, bitterness, resentment, loss, poor self-image, are just some of the many issues which cause a person to use food as comforting their problems. If you hate someone, eating a gallon of ice cream is not going to help. You have to deal with it. Look over your eating habits and see if they reveal any issue defects. Why do you eat? What do you eat? When do you eat? Am I hiding a problem with my eating? Losing weight is not the whole answer. Look a little deeper and strike down those issues that keep you from diet success.
