If you believe you can reach your weight loss goals, you can. So believe it and you will. If you have a lot of weight to lose, you may feel you’re standing at the bottom of Mt, Everest looking up and thinking no way can I make it to the top. However, see the trail up the mountain others have used before you. If anyone can do it, you can. If it can be done, you can do it.
Believing has power. Jesus said, “I tell you the truth, you can say to this mountain, ‘May you be lifted up and thrown into the sea,’ and it will happen. But you must really believe it will happen and have no doubt in your heart. I tell you, you can pray for anything, and if you believe that you’ve received it, it will be yours” (Mark 11:23-24 NLT).
The power of believing is real. Weight loss is that mountain you need to move. Tell it to go jump in the lake and believe it will go jump in the lake. Don’t start a weight loss diet if you can’t believe you can do it. Simply believe. Say it—I believe I can do it.
