6. “Finally, a weight loss formula for everyone!“
Most authors design a diet plan with the idea that it will work for everyone. If it did, there would be only one diet plan on the bookshelves. But there are hundreds, if not thousands of diet plans out there. So that tells me one plan does not fit all.
It’s interesting that one national weight loss program keeps changing every year. Many people have lost weight on that plan, but they keep changing it. They must not have it right yet.
I have done many diets and they work or don’t work for a variety of reasons. Some are just too strict. Others are too organic. Several I’ve seen are too complicated. Others have recipes a mile long. Some online diets are too expensive. For me, high carb diets don’t work. There are many reasons why a diet doesn’t work.
A diet that claims to be perfect for all is erroneous. Of course, the doctor or the nutritionist or author would like to think their diet will work for anyone. The truth of the matter is they just don’t.
One diet is “Your Last Diet,” assuming this diet will work for you and you’ll never have to go on another.
Some diets will give several different plans, different calorie amounts, different plans for men or women. These diets see that not all plans are the same and try to accommodate more people.
One-size-fits-all just doesn’t work. Your lifestyle habits and health concerns are unique.
It may take you awhile to find a diet that works. Write down what you need for your ideal diet plan and search for one that meets those requirements.
