12. “A miraculous breakthrough!”
Or other things you might hear is just found in the uninhabited jungles of the amazon, an amazing diet breakthrough. Or Swedish doctors stumble onto amazing find.
Now it’s possible that they found or discovered something, but what? I have always felt that God created everything we needed for health. Eventually we will find some things that will really help.
I’ve read some diet books, which have, lead me to believe this is a breakthrough in diet plans. I found nothing different but this person uses some other kind of oil, like macadamia oil. I know that one ingredient such as oil, is not going to be a breakthrough in my diet. It’s expensive and I have to drive all over town to find it. If it was that amazing, all the stores would carry it, and it would be hard to find on the stores shelves.
Here is a statement – “totally free, breakthrough “diet” guaranteed to help you achieve optimal weight along with incredible loss of inches!” This diet just eliminates one thing from your eating and that is breakthrough. I’m not suggesting it didn’t work for him; I’m just questioning how breakthrough this is.
Miraculous is what most of us want. We want a new food, a pill, a cracker that will help us lose weight with ease and I don’t want to exercise. God is in the miracle business. But He isn’t going to just take away your fat and leave you the overweight person are.
Turn and run the other direction when extravagant claims make the product sounds too good to be true.
